On our way home last night, we saw exactly 45,238 flying insects, 1 bat, 3 coyotes, 8 rabbits, 1 extremely slow moving opossum and a lone raccoon eyeing a dead snake in the road.
Never a dull moment!
Ha! Love it! And that’s great that you managed to snap those pictures. They definitely help tell the story. Hmmm… Now I’m feeling rather inadequate, as there’s no way I could get dinner up on the table in 5 seconds. Oh wait — we’ve got leftovers tonight! Looks like I’m one up on the raccoon. For today, anyway. 🙂
We were surprised to watch it all play out ourselves! Thanks for commenting!
Hahaha! I sometimes see rats here running across the streets at night, and there’s a hegdehog in the garden, but that’s it! 🙂
I would love to see a hedgehog!
